The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Chornobyl Aftermath Mitigation recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill to amend article 63 of the Law “On Animal World” (re animal confiscation)

The bill (Reg. No. 11269) proposes to bring the current version of article 63 of the Law “On Animal World” into conformance with practical needs and harmonize it with the Budgetary Code of Ukraine (subclause 6 of clause 9 of chapter VI “Final and Transitional Provisions”).
